First time homeowners! We really didn’t now all the ins and outs of the home buying process, Jake was so helpful answering our questions and explaining the process and paperwork. Anytime we had a question Jake was super quick to respond and made it so easy to schedule a viewing no matter how last minute we asked. When viewing the different houses, Jake allowed us to walk it and form our own opinions first. We were able to really think what we liked and didn’t and Jake listened to all our pros and cons of each house. When putting in our offer Jake helped with all the nitty gritty of it all and now we’ve been in our first home for a year now and love it!

We recently had a cross-country relocation and Jacob was our realtor. We’ve moved four times in the last 15 years and this experience was second to none. We had 48 hours to look at over 20 locations and Jacob managed every detail. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and detail oriented…and in the end, we got the house of our dreams. At each location, Jacob was extremely prepared with school district knowledge, info on local utilities, local culture, or any thing else we requested. Jacob and his team are truly great. If you are looking for a realtor or know somebody who is l, we strongly recommend Jacob and his team.

Jacob was amazing to work with! If you want the best service, you need to buy/sell with Jacob! He was very attentive, always answered calls and questions, regardless of the day or time. Jake was helpful throughout the process, even after we had closed on our house. With the help of his team, he was able to show us houses at the drop of a hat. We were trying to buy a house, while also living 4 hours away, so when we were in the area, we needed to make the most of our time and see multiple houses. There was never a doubt that Jake could make it happen. Jake found us our dream house.
