I recently bought my first home and Jacob was my realtor. To simply say he was excellent would be an understatement. As I was searching for a home, the market was such that a home could be pending sale the day after it was posted. Without Jacob's fast response time and flexible schedule, I'm sure I would not have ended up with the dream home that I found. Additionally, he was very patient with me as we searched for a home over about three months. He was always happy to set up a showing at whatever time would work for me, and never pushed me to make an offer I didn't want. His knowledge of the market also helped me save some money on the home I bought because I could have submitted an offer 10k higher than he recommended. However, he assured me that his recommendation would still be a strong offer, and he was right! I am now as happy as can be, and I would recommend anyone I know to use Jacob for their realty needs!

This was our second attempt at the home buying process and while the market didn't change from our first attempt to the second, Jacob made it a million times better for us!
